I love spicy greens. Arugula is my favorite, but I am also partial to watercress. Here it is with some spinach, avocado and heirloom tomato. The dark leaves in there are baby red romaine leaves. I make my own dressing with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, agave nectar and a pinch of salt and pepper. Just combine in a dressing shaker, shake and pour. Add lemon for a citrusy flavor. For a twist, make with avocado oil instead of olive.
