Otherwise known as just “salad”, it is our go-to salad dinner. I consider this no-cook, even though you have to bake the fake chicken ahead of time. This is simply our favorite spring greens, (lots of arugula in mine,) organic roma tomatoes, diced red and yellow bell pepper, diced avocado, and chopped Gardein 7-Grain Crispy Tenders. (They are SOooo good. Yes, processed, I know.) For the dressing I use my standard combo of olive oil, salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar, mustard and agave nectar.
